What's the difference between Standard and Premium?+
Standard covers entry-level exams — think local law enforcement, fire, corrections, and EMT-Basic. Premium adds post-academy certification prep (NFPA 1001, FL SOCE, TX TCOLE, NREMT Paramedic, APCO PST), federal agency prep (CBP, Border Patrol), and advanced tools like the federal resume writer, oral board simulation, disqualifier checker, and multi-agency application tracker.
Can I upgrade my plan later?+
Yes. You can upgrade anytime from your account settings — the change takes effect immediately. No need to wait for a billing cycle.
Do I need a credit card to get started?+
No. The Free plan requires no credit card. If you upgrade to Standard or Premium, you'll add payment at that point.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle (upgrades take effect immediately).
Is there a discount for annual billing?+

No. Recruits invited through a Department plan get access through the department's subscription. No separate individual plan needed.
